Pilates Essentials 

Tues - 10am

 

Focuses on classic postures and correct alignment in the body.   Learn diaphragmatic breathwork and cueing of exercises to prepare for advanced classes.  Moderate  paced movements to strengthen the nervous system.    4 person maximum

 

Core I

Wed – 10am

 

 

Faster paced mindful movement. Promotes deep and even breathing.   A series of Pilates exercises focusing on strength, flexibility and endurance.  Prerequisite:  Pilates Essentials or Private Sessions.    4 person maximum

 

Head + Shoulders

Tues + Fri - 11am 

 

Relieve neck + shoulder tension while building strength and support for your spine + your shoulder joints.  Neck + Shoulder focused Pilates exercises to strengthen and balance your body.    4 person maximum

 

Hips, Knees to Toes 

Mon + Thurs – 11am

 

Stretching, trigger point release work and mindful breathing are essentials in this class.   Hip, glute, quads and hamstring tension are relieved as pelvic and hip stabilizer muscles are strengthened.             4 person maximum

 

Spine Align

Mon & Wed noon

 

Revitalize the body by increasing circulation to the organs.  Calm  and re-balance the nervous system through breathing and back tension release work.    This back focused class works to promote healthy flexion + extension in the spine while building necessary deep muscles to keep it strong.    4 person maximum
